Line of Events

Charles, a retiree, finds a new lease on life when he answers an ad for a private detective and becomes a mole in an undercover investigation at a retirement home. Based on the Chilean documentary "El Agente Topo". Remake of Salainen agentti vanhainkodissa (2020). As I write this, I am currently on episode 5. This show is hilarious, thought-provoking and honestly a delight. Ted Danson is brilliant as usual. The other actors, engaging and fascinating in this "Who Done It" series, I am both as involved in the criminal aspect as I am in the human aspect of loneliness. Each of us, no matter our age, brings something new to the table. I feel the warmth of the message without all the silliness. The comedy is beautifully woven in such a way that the laughs are genuine. I hope this show continues the momentum that I truly enjoy so much.
