Yes the show seems slow but every good show or movie takes time to build up to what's to come and even the beginning isn't that bad it sets up a good premise and I was interested and excited about it when I first saw the peak when The show from FROM ended its 3rd season, and I was looking forward to what it had to offer, and to be honest, it did not disappoint.
So far, the downsides of the show are that it doesn't create as much tension and seriousness about the world
Just give it some time and it will be a great survival show in the future that people will be gossiping about and begging for more seasons.
